Note

Additional search criteria may need to be employed (e.g. start date range, category, company, status) to ensure that the correct ASB case is returned; an alternative Search by category of Contact or Contact Group may be selected to extend the available search fields.

It is only permitted to cancel an ASB category where the status is set to Live.

These custom values can be populated by the end user via the general lookup parameter entitled ASB Category Cancellation Reasons.

System validation rules ensure that only categories with no outstanding mandatory tasks can be cancelled.

All outstanding non-mandatory tasks linked to the ASB category are automatically marked as cancelled.
