  3. Click on Data Consent (contact summary 360 view) 2. The Data Consent tile is activated, revealing a list of all permission outcomes recorded against the contact in the Data Consent summary table.
  4. Highlight the row matching the consent outcome entry to be reviewed; use the Information data tag, Consent type and Consent category filtering options to refine the displayed list.
  5. Click on Complete Review. The Contact Data Consent Review window is displayed.
  6. Enter the Review date using the calendar icon (), or type in the value directly i.e. the actual date of qualification for the consent outcome 3.
  7. Using the Review outcome drop-down field, select the matching status relative to the consent feedback i.e Update Required or Still Applicable.
  8. Where the consent is confirmed as Update Required, use the Consent outcome drop-down field to select a custom parameter value that reflects the contact's latest response to the consent request, which in turn is mapped to a master outcome category i.e. Granted, Refused or Other.
  9. Where the updated outcome of the review has been Provided by this contact, activate the corresponding tick box.
  10. Alternatively, where the updated outcome of the review has been supplied on the contact's behalf, activate the corresponding Provided by 3rd party tick box; the name of the nominated representative must also be captured in the adjacent 3rd party details field.
  11. Use the Notes field to add contextual data in support of the reviewed consent request outcome.
  12. Click on Save. On returning to the Data Consent summary table, the Next review due date is automatically recalculated based on the frequency configured within the overarching consent type.

Note

1 The search facility will automatically return all possible matches for both first name and last name once the Number of characters before an automatic search commences system preference is reached.

2 The availability and customisation of all Contact Summary 360 View tiles is controlled separately for each end user via their unique system profile.

3 The permitted date entry format is DD/MM/YY or DD/MM/YYYY.
