- Where the consent is confirmed as Update Required, use the Consent outcome drop-down field to select a custom parameter value that reflects the contact's latest response to the consent request, which in turn is mapped to a master outcome category i.e. Granted, Refused or Other.
- Where the updated outcome of the review has been Provided by this contact, activate the corresponding tick box.
- Alternatively, where the updated outcome of the review has been supplied on the contact's behalf, activate the corresponding Provided by 3rd party tick box; the name of the nominated representative must also be captured in the adjacent 3rd party details field.
- Use the Notes field to add contextual data in support of the reviewed consent request outcome.
