The procedure to analyse the information management consent history for a contact is as follows:
- Using the global search facility, type in the first few characters of the contact relevant to the information management consent history to be analysed

- Double-click on the row containing the exact record match. Where the expected record is not listed, a more advanced search can be conducted using the spy-glass icon (
).
- Click on Data Consent (contact summary 360 view)
2. The Data Consent tile is activated, revealing a list of all permission outcomes recorded against the contact in the Data Consent summary table.
- Highlight the row matching the consent outcome entry for which historical permission reviews are to be analysed; use the Information data tag, Consent type and Consent category filtering options to refine the displayed list.
- Click on Review History. The Contact Data Consent Review History window is displayed, revealing all chronological events captured through scheduled compliance reviews.
- Optionally, highlight an event within the Review History summary table to reveal further contextual background, specifically the name of the contact or nominated representative who provided the consent request feedback, together with the supporting notes.
- Click on Close.

1 The search facility will automatically return all possible matches for both first name and last name once the Number of characters before an automatic search commences system preference is reached.
2 The availability and customisation of all Contact Summary 360 View tiles is controlled separately for each end user via their unique system profile.
