- Where the consent request outcome has been Provided by this contact, activate the corresponding tick box.
- Alternatively, where the consent request outcome has been supplied on the contact's behalf, activate the corresponding Provided by 3rd party tick box; the name of the nominated representative must also be captured in the adjacent 3rd party details field.
- Use the Notes field to add contextual data in support of the recorded consent request outcome.

- Choose an Effective to date to assign an automatic expiration timeframe for the consent request outcome; a blank field means the recorded outcome will never expire.
- Click on Save
4. The outcome of the information management consent request is displayed in the Data Consent summary table, with each unique combination of data element classifications presented as a discrete entry.
Tip
1 Where only a small number of parameter values are not required, activate the All tick box first and then deselect individual items from the full list, as appropriate; the All tick box will be automatically removed once an item is deselected.
Note
1 The search facility will automatically return all possible matches for both first name and last name once the Number of characters before an automatic search commences system preference is reached.
2 The availability and customisation of all Contact Summary 360 View tiles is controlled separately for each end user via their unique system profile.
3 The Effective from date defaults to the current system date and cannot be left blank.
4 System validation checks ensure that the consent request outcome for each Information data tag and Consent type combination is unique for the effective period.
