1 By default, all reviews are displayed in chronological order; to aid in identification and analysis, rows can be reordered by clicking on any of the available headings.
Note
1 The search facility will automatically return all possible matches for a contact's first name and last name once the Number of characters before an automatic search commences system preference is reached.

The unique internal reference number assigned to the formal review. |
Status |
The latest status of the formal review, relative to the application e.g. Pending, Live, Complete, etc. |
Reason |
A qualification of the circumstances surrounding the outcome of the review. |
Outcome |
The categorised result of the formal review for this application. |
Updated By |
The name of the end user who applied the latest changes to the results of the review, where applicable. |
Updated Date |
The date on which changes to the results of the review were last applied, where applicable. |
Review Start Date |
The date on which the formal review was commenced for this application. |
Review End Date |
The date on which the formal review was completed for this application. |
