The procedure to view the allocation matches for an application is as follows:

1 By default, all matches are displayed in chronological order; to aid in identification and analysis, rows can be reordered by clicking on any of the available headings.
Note
1 The search facility will automatically return all possible matches for a contact's first name and last name once the Number of characters before an automatic search commences system preference is reached.

Match List Date |
The date on which the potential allocation match was identified. |
Resource |
The property or service identified through the matching process. |
List |
The name of the allocation list against which the match criteria was applied. |
Position |
The application's position on the match list based on their eligibility. |
Outcome |
The outcome of the allocation match process e.g. Offer, Bypassed, etc. |
Reason |
A qualification of the circumstances surrounding the outcome of the match; this can be set as a mandatory field in instances where an application is bypassed. |
Notes |
The contextual information in support of the match entry. |
