The procedure to link a qualifying contact to a previous tenancy record in a home buy case is as follows:
), select Home Buy Case as the Search for and Search by category, and enter the Case ID as the search criteria

2; (b) Using the Relationship drop-down field, choose the parameter that reflects the relationship between the qualifying contact and the purchaser e.g. Son, Daughter, Father, Mother, etc.
) - The Search Contact window is displayed; (b) Enter sufficient details into the contact fields provided and click on Search - The Select Contact window is displayed, returning all possible matches; (c) Double-click on the row containing the exact record match or use Refine Search to enter alternative criteria - The Name of the contact is displayed in the corresponding field; (c) Using the Relationship drop-down field, choose the parameter that reflects the relationship between the qualifying contact and the purchaser e.g. Son, Daughter, Father, Mother, etc.
3. The entries are displayed in the Qualifying Contacts summary table; click on the expansion level pointer icon (
) to reveal the row detail.
Note
1 Additional search criteria may need to be employed (e.g. start and end date ranges, stage, company, status) to ensure that the correct home buy case is returned; an alternative Search by category of Contact or Contact Group may be selected to extend the available search fields.
2 This list includes only those contact records that are linked to the current home buy case.
3 To remove an existing qualifying contact, select the corresponding row in the Qualifying Contacts summary table and click on Remove.
