The procedure to delete a non working day calendar entry is as follows:
- Navigate to Quick Menu > System > Configuration > Calendars. The Calendar Details window is displayed.
- Select a calendar from the alphabetical list or type its name into the Search Calendar Name field. By default the list is filtered to show Current calendars. An alternative filter can be applied using the Select view drop-down field: Expired, Future or All combinations

- Click on Non Working Days. The Non Working Days tab is activated and all linked non working days are displayed within the active calendar view. Use the left (
) and right (
) scroll arrows to change between adjacent future and previous months; optionally, click on Day or Week to adjust the period covered by the active calendar view.
- Click on Non Working Day Type. The Non Working Day Types window is displayed, revealing all non working day types assigned to the calendar, denoted with a 'tick' e.g. Bank Holiday dates, Religious Observance dates, etc.
- Deselect each non working day type no longer relevant to the calendar using the adjacent tick box.
- Click on Save

1 The Search Calendar Name field will match against any element of the calendar description.
2 All individual non working days linked to the selected type will be removed from the calendar; any non working day types deleted in error can simply be re-added.
