To view outstanding actions within a resource plan

The procedure to view outstanding actions within a resource plan is as follows:

  1. Navigate to Home (), if not already active. The default Home panes are displayed.
  2. Click on Outstanding Plan Actions 1. The Outstanding Plan Actions pane is in focus, revealing a list of all resources where outstanding actions exist 2.
  3. Click on Expand to increase the size of the pane up to the full viewing area, as required 3. Certain fields are worthy of special note and are captured in the table below.
  4. To analyse the details of the action plan linked to an asset void episode, double-click on the corresponding row. The Asset Void Episode window is displayed, with the Action Plan tab activated.   5. Alternatively, to analyse the details of an action plan linked to an allocation resource, double-click on the corresponding row. The Resource Details window is displayed, with the Action Plan tab activated. An explanation of the functionality supporting the progression of an allocation resource is covered separately in the topic To view the current action plan for a nominations resource and To view the current action plan for a services resource.
  6. Click on Close.


Note

1 The default Home panes are configured at user account level.

2 Only those resources that are linked to the same functional unit as that of the end user will be displayed. Where functional units have not been employed, all resources with outstanding actions will be displayed.

3 To revert the pane back to the original size click on Collapse.


Field

Description

Resource

For asset void episodes, this field displays the associated address; for non-organisation assets or services, the description is revealed.

Action Plan

The current plan associated with the resource.

Current Action

The current action for the resource, obtained from the associated plan. Where multiple outstanding actions exist for the same resource, each will be displayed separately on a discrete row.

Date Started

This field denotes the date on which the action was commenced.

Target Date

This field denotes the target completion date for the action.

SLA

This field displays a colour-code SLA indicator, summarising the status of the action relative to the target date (Green - Amber - Red). Green = The action is on track; Amber = The warning days limit set for the action has now been reached; Red = The target date set for the action has expired.
