The procedure to view available resources for potential allocation is as follows:

1. The Available Resources pane is in focus, revealing a list of all resources that could potentially be allocated to an applicant
2. By default, the list is filtered to show current rent void episodes and active allocation resources.
3. Certain fields are worthy of special note and are captured in the table below.
Note
1 The default Home panes are configured at user account level.
2 Only those resources that are linked to the same functional unit as that of the end user will be displayed. Where functional units have not been employed, all resources will be displayed.
3 To revert the pane back to the original size click on Collapse.

The category heading assigned to the resource, specifically Void, Services or Non-Organisation Asset. |
Subtype |
The name of the resource subtype e.g. House, Flat, Professional Training, Warden Support, Personal Care, etc. |
Proposed Start |
This field is only populated for asset voids and denotes the anticipated start date for the episode. |
Start |
For asset voids, this field denotes the actual start date for the episode; for non-organisation assets or services, their effective 'from' date is revealed. |
Proposed End |
This field is only populated for asset voids and denotes the anticipated end date for the episode. |
End |
For asset voids, this field denotes the actual end date for the episode; for non-organisation assets or services, their effective 'to' date is revealed. |
Action Plan |
The name of the current action plan linked to the resource. |
Target Date |
The proposed completion date for the current action plan. |
SLA Indicator |
This field displays a colour-coded SLA indicator, summarising the status of the action plan relative to the target completion date (Green - Amber - Red). Green = The action plan is on track; Amber = The warning days limit set for the action plan has now been reached; Red = The target date set for the action plan has expired. |
