The procedure to update the status of a planned works programme is as follows:

1 The Search Programs field will match against any element of the planned works programme name.
2 Once the status is set to Cancelled or Complete, a planned works programme can still be reopened, if required.
3 The values available for selection are filtered according to the previously recorded status, and controlled by predefined progression stages as described in the table below.
4 The permitted date entry format is DD/MM/YY or DD/MM/YYYY; the permitted time entry format is HH:MM.
