To view the status history of a planned works programme

The procedure to view the status history of a planned works programme is as follows:

  1. Navigate to Quick Menu > Planned & Servicing Lite > Management > Planned Program Management. The Planned Program Management window is displayed.
  2. Expand a status heading and select an associated planned works programme from the alphabetical list, or type its name into the Search Programs field. By default the list is filtered to show All planned programmes. An alternative filter can be applied using the Select view drop-down field: Authorised, Awaiting Authorisation, Cancelled, Complete, Entered, On Hold, Work In Progress, etc. 1.
  3. Click on Status History. The Planned Program Status History window is displayed, revealing a chronological list of all status progression changes in the Status History summary table 1. Certain fields are worthy of special note and are captured in the table below 2.
  4. Click on OK.


Tip

1 To aid in identification and analysis, rows can be reordered by clicking on any of the available headings.

Note

1 The Search Programs field will match against any element of the planned works programme name.

2 Use the summary table Menu option to hide or reveal additional columns of information; apply the standard 'drag and drop' technique to reposition columns into a different order.


Field

Description

Status

The discrete progression status assigned to the planned works programme e.g. Entered, Open, Work In Progress, etc.

Status date

The date on which each assigned progression status came into effect for the planned works programme.

Status reason

A qualification of the circumstances surrounding each status progression change for the planned works programme.

Status note

The contextual information entered in support of each status progression change.

Set by

The name of the end user who applied each progression status to the planned works programme.

Set date

The date on which each progression status was assigned to the planned works programme.
