  3. Using the Non working day type drop-down field, select an appropriate parameter value against which a specific date will be assigned e.g. Bank Holiday, Religious Observance, etc.
  4. Using the Company drop-down field, multi-select all companies for which this non working date is relevant, or choose the All option, as required 1.
  5. Enter the Date of the non working day using the calendar icon (), or type in the value directly 1.
  6. Use the Comments field to add any contextual information that is relevant to the non working date.
  7. Click on Confirm. The non working day for the selected type is added to the calendar.
  8. Optionally, to verify the non working day's inclusion on the calendar, select the corresponding non working day type from the alphabetical list or enter its name into the Search Non Working Day Type field 2. All non working days for the active calendar month are displayed; use the left () and right () scroll arrows to change between adjacent future and previous months.

Tip

1 Where only a small number of parameter values are not required, activate the All tick box first and then de-select individual items from the full list, as appropriate; the All tick box will be automatically removed once an item is de-selected.

Note

1 The permitted date entry format is DD/MM/YY or DD/MM/YYYY.

2 The Search Non Working Day Type field will match against any element of the non working day description.
