To apply criteria filters to a PIMSS4Communities data extract definition

The procedure to apply criteria filters to a PIMSS4Communities data extract definition is as follows:

1. Navigate to Quick Menu > System > Configuration > PIMSS Export Configuration. The PIMSS Export Management window is displayed.
2. Expand the PIMSS Export heading and linked export type before selecting an associated data extract definition from the alphabetical list, or type its name into the Search Exports field. By default the list is filtered to show Current exports. An alternative filter can be applied using the Select view drop-down field: Expired, Future or All combinations 1.
3. Click on Add/Edit Criteria. The Statement Builder window is displayed, ready to define one or more conditions to control the subset of records for inclusion in the PIMSS4Communities data extract. This requisite step is covered separately in the topic Understanding the advanced statement builder.
4. Click on Save. The statement algorithm is displayed in the Query String field.

1 The Search Exports field will match against any element of the data extract definition name.
