The procedure to apply a task action within a homelessness case is as follows:

2. The Prevention Activities / Assessment Activities / Reviews tab is activated, revealing all matching activity records linked to the homelessness case, as displayed in the Activities summary table.

Tip
1 By default, all homelessness tasks are sorted numerically by their unique reference; to aid analysis, rows can be reordered by clicking on any of the available headings.
Note
1 Additional search criteria may need to be employed (e.g. start date range, company, status, category) to ensure that the correct homelessness case is returned; an alternative Search by category of Contact or Contact Group may be selected to extend the available search fields.
2 Custom categories linked to the homelessness case, and therefore the overarching master category, will determine the availability of the Assessment Activities tab, the Reviews tab only becomes active once a Decision Date is recorded for the current assessment record.
3 System validation rules ensure that only those options appropriate to the current progression stage of the homelessness task are available for selection.
