Tip
1 By default, all homelessness tasks are sorted numerically by their unique reference; to aid analysis, rows can be reordered by clicking on any of the available headings.
Note
1 Additional search criteria may need to be employed (e.g. start date range, company, status, category) to ensure that the correct homelessness case is returned; an alternative Search by category of Contact or Contact Group may be selected to extend the available search fields.
2 Custom categories linked to the homelessness case, and therefore the overarching master category, will determine the availability of the Assessment Activities tab; furthermore, the Reviews tab only becomes active once a Decision Date is recorded for the current assessment record.
3 This option is active only for homelessness tasks that are no longer in progress i.e. with a status of Complete.
4 These custom values can be populated by the end user via the general lookup parameter entitled Task Undo Reasons.
5 Homelessness task ownership is automatically reassigned to those role and user combinations that had initial responsibility at the point of completion.
