To add a SOR code to a tenant refusal map

Parent Previous Next

The opportunity to add a range of applicable works order fulfilment tasks to a tenant refusal map ensures that those impacted upgrade projects are clearly understood, and therefore when a planned renewal of fixtures and fittings is declined the implications can be quantified.

The procedure to add a SOR code to a tenant refusal map is as follows:

  1. Navigate to Quick Menu > Asset Management > Configuration > Configure Tenant Refusal Mapping. The Configure Tenant Refusal Mapping window is displayed.
  2. Select a tenant refusal mapping from the hierarchical list, or type its name into the Search for Tenant Refusal Mapping field. By default the list is filtered to show Current mappings. An alternative filter can be applied using the Select view drop-down field: Expired, Future or All 1.
  3. Click on Add SOR. The SOR Select window is displayed, revealing all SOR section trades within each table heading.
  4. Click on the nested expansion level pointer icons () to reveal the associated trades and concatenated SOR codes + descriptions.
  5. Activate the tick box against one or more SOR codes to be included within the tenant refusal map; click on Add to transfer the chosen entries to the right ('required') pane 2.
  6. Click on Select. The chosen SOR code subset is displayed in the Schedule of Rates Item grid 3.

Note

1 The Search for Tenant Refusal Mapping field will match against any element of the refusal type description.

2 In the same way, use the Remove option in conjunction with the associated tick box field to transfer the SOR code entries out of the right ('required') pane.

3 Where selected SOR codes are no longer relevant to the tenant refusal map, activate the Select tick box adjacent to each corresponding entry within the Schedule of Rates Item grid and click on Remove SOR.
