The procedure to view the tasks within an ASB case is as follows:
), select ASB Case as the Search for and Search by category, and enter the Case Reference as the search criteria

Tip
1 By default, all ASB tasks are sorted first by category and then alphabetically; to aid analysis, rows can be reordered by clicking on any of the available headings.
Note
1 Additional search criteria may need to be employed (e.g. start and end date ranges, category, company, status) to ensure that the correct ASB case is returned; an alternative Search by category of Contact or Contact Group may be selected to extend the available search fields.
2 Use the summary table Menu option to hide or reveal additional columns of information; apply the standard 'drag and drop' technique to reposition columns into a different order.

The classification to which the ASB task is assigned e.g. Property Vandalism, Physical Assault, Neighbour Dispute, etc. |
Contact |
The complainant in the ASB case by whom the initial incident was reported. |

An explanation of the ASB task to be conducted. |
Owner |
The allocated owner of each ASB task, specifically an individual end user account. |
Planned Start Date |
The anticipated start date for the ASB task. |
Actual Start Date |
The actual date on which the ASB task was formally started. |
Target Date |
The SLA target completion date for the ASB task, derived from the component definition. |
Completion Date |
The date on which the ASB task was completed, as appropriate. |
Status |
The current progression status for the ASB task i.e. Pending, Open, Complete, Cancelled, On Hold. |
SLA |
A colour code indicator to summarise the status of each ASB task relative to the target date (Green - Amber - Red). Green = The task is on track; Amber = The warning days limit set for the task has now been reached; Red = The target date set for the task has expired. |
