To view the planned works programme status summary

The procedure to view the planned works programme status summary is as follows:

Navigate to Home (), if not already active. The default Home panes are displayed.
Click on Planned Programs 1. The Planned Programs pane is in focus, revealing all housing stock upgrades and refurbishment programmes currently underway i.e. those that are not set to a status of Cancelled or Completed 2.
Click on Expand to increase the size of the pane up to the full viewing area, as required 3. Certain fields are worthy of special note and are captured in the table below 4.
Use the Status drop-down field to filter the displayed programmes according to their current status progression: Authorised, Awaiting Authorisation, Cancelled, Complete, Entered, On Hold, Work In Progress, etc.
To analyse the details of a planned works programme, double-click on the corresponding row in the summary table. An explanation of the functionality supporting the progression of housing stock upgrades and refurbishment programmes is covered separately in the topic Planned programme maintenance overview.
Alternatively, to create a new planned works programme, click on New Program. This requisite step is covered separately in the topic To create a new planned works programme.

Note

1 The default Home panes are configured at user account level.

2 The returned results are filtered further by those functional units that match the current user account profile.

3 To revert the pane back to the original size click on Collapse.

4 A subset of fields are visible by default; additional fields can be revealed or hidden via the Menu option.

Field	Description
Program Name	The unique identification name for the planned works programme.
Number of Assets	The total number of assets included within the housing stock upgrade and refurbishment programme, excluding those that are set to a status of Cancelled.
Number Completed	The total number of assets included within the housing stock upgrade and refurbishment programme where the planned works have been completed.
% Completed	The percentage calculation of those assets included within the housing stock upgrade and refurbishment programme where the planned works have been completed.
Status	The current progression stage of the planned works programme e.g. Authorised, Awaiting Authorisation, Cancelled, Complete, Entered, On Hold, Work In Progress, etc.
