The procedure to view the planned works programmes linked to an asset is as follows:

1. The Planned Programs tab is activated, revealing a list of all housing stock upgrades and refurbishment programmes to which the asset is linked, as displayed in the Planned Programs summary table
2. Certain fields are worthy of special note and are captured in the table below

Tip
1 Use the Left (
) and Right (
) scrolling arrows to reveal additional tabs that might be hidden from view.
2 By default, all planned works programmes are displayed alphabetically, by name; to aid analysis, rows can be reordered by clicking on any of the available headings.
Note
1 The search facility will return all possible matches for any corresponding address field once the Number of characters before an automatic search commences system preference is reached.
2 Use the summary table Menu option to hide or reveal additional columns of information; apply the standard 'drag and drop' technique to reposition columns into a different order.

The current progression status of the planned works programme e.g. Authorised, Awaiting Authorisation, Cancelled, Complete, Entered, On Hold, Work In Progress, etc. |
Planned Program Asset Status |
The current progression status of the asset in respect of the individual planned works programme. |
Order Reference |
The unique identification number of the asset-specific repair instruction, generated in respect of the individual planned works programme. |
Repair Target Completion Date |
The scheduled date on which the repair works order is due for completion. |
Repair Status |
The current progression status of the associated repair works order. |
