To view the current status of all service charge calculations

The procedure to view the current status of all service charge calculations is as follows:

Navigate to Home (), if not already active. The default Home tiles are displayed.
Click on Service Charge Calculations 1. The Service Charge Calculations window is displayed, expanded to full screen, revealing a list of all active calculation scenarios and their current progression status. Certain fields are worthy of special note and are captured in the table below 2.
Click on Collapse.

Note

1 The default Home tiles are configured at user account level.

2 A subset of fields are visible by default; additional fields can be revealed or hidden via the Menu option.

Field	Description
Description	The name of each service charge calculation scenario.
Calendar period	The timeframe over which each service charge calculation is applicable.
Company	The company for which each calculation scenario is relevant.
Type	The defined classification for each service charge calculation scenario i.e. Actual, Adjustment or Estimate.
Method	The mechanism by which calculation input values are obtained for each scenario i.e. Import, Manual or Model.
Status	The current user defined progression stage of each calculation scenario e.g. In Progress, Calculation Applied, Invoiced, Cancelled.
