The procedure to view the campaign history for a contact is as follows:

2. The Campaigns tile is activated, revealing a list of all campaigns where the contact is a member of the target audience, as displayed in the Campaigns summary table
3. Certain fields are worthy of special note and are captured in the table below

Campaign Name |
The name of the campaign linked to the contact. |
Join Date |
The date on which the contact was included in the segment audience identified for the campaign. |
How Added |
The method by which the contact was included in the segment audience identified for the campaign i.e. Segment Selection or Manually. |
Communications |
The number of communications sent to the contact in respect of the campaign. |
Status |
The status of the contact in relation to the campaign i.e. Live or Cancelled. |
Status Date |
The date on which the status was applied to the contact in relation to the campaign. |
Cancelled Reason |
The parameter value used to qualify the circumstances surrounding the campaign being cancelled for the contact, as appropriate. |
Response |
The outcome of the campaign as a consequence of the contact's response i.e. Positive or Negative. |
Reason |
A parameter value used to qualify the contact's response e.g. 'Accepted' or 'Requested more information' for a Positive response type; 'Not interested', Not at this time', or 'Not suitable' for a Negative response type. |
Tip
1 By default, all campaigns are sorted first by 'Join Date' and then alphabetically; to aid analysis, rows can be reordered by clicking on any of the available headings.
Note
1 The search facility will automatically return all possible matches for a contact's first name and last name once the Number of characters before an automatic search commences system preference is reached.
2 The availability and customisation of all Contact Summary 360 View tiles is controlled separately for each end user via their unique system profile.
3 Use the summary table Menu option to hide or reveal additional columns of information; apply the standard 'drag and drop' technique to reposition columns into a different order.
