The procedure to remove a SOR template from a planned works programme is as follows:
- Navigate to Quick Menu > Planned & Servicing Lite > Management > Planned Program Management. The Planned Program Management window is displayed.
- Expand a status heading and select an associated planned works programme from the alphabetical list, or type its name into the Search Programs field. By default the list is filtered to show All planned programmes. An alternative filter can be applied using the Select view drop-down field: Authorised, Awaiting Authorisation, Cancelled, Complete, Entered, On Hold, Work In Progress, etc.

- Click on SOR Templates. The SOR Templates tab is activated, revealing all SOR templates currently linked to the planned works programme in the Planned Program Templates summary table.
- Activate the Select tick box against each SOR template to be removed from the planned works programme.
- Click on Remove Templates 2. The selected SOR template entries are marked with a red indicator in preparation for removal.
- Click on Save. The selected SOR template entries are removed from the Planned Program Templates summary table 3.
Note
1 The Search Programs field will match against any element of the planned works programme name.
2 This option is active only for planned works programmes where the status progression is not already set to Cancelled or Complete.
3 The removal process prevents the selected SOR templates from being added to further assets within the planned works programme; any existing links to assets and all associated works orders will be preserved.
