The procedure to complete a feedback task is as follows:
- Using the Advanced search spy-glass (
), select Feedback Task as the Result Set and Criteria Set category, and enter the Task ID as the search criteria

- Double-click on the row containing the exact record match or use Refine Search to enter alternative criteria. The Feedback Task Details window is displayed.
- Click on Complete Task
2. The Complete Feedback Task window is displayed.
- Using the Completion reason drop-down field, select a parameter value to qualify the circumstances surrounding the completion of the feedback task e.g. Initial acknowledgement letter dispatched.
- Use the Notes field to add contextual data in support of the feedback task being completed.
- Using the Late completion reason drop-down field, select a parameter value to qualify the circumstances surrounding the SLA target completion date having been exceeded for the feedback task; the corresponding Late completion notes field can be used to capture contextual data in support of the SLA breach

- Click on Save. The current status of the feedback task is set to Complete and the End date is stamped with the current system date.
Note
1 Additional search criteria may need to be employed (e.g. start and end date ranges, type, stage, description, status) to ensure that the correct feedback task is returned; an alternative Criteria Set of Feedback Case may be selected to extend the available search fields.
2 This option is active only for feedback tasks that are currently in progress.
3 These fields are activated only in the instance where the SLA target date for the feedback task has expired.
