Note

Additional search criteria may need to be employed (e.g. start date range, company, status, category) to ensure that the correct homelessness case is returned; an alternative Search by category of Contact or Contact Group may be selected to extend the available search fields.

Custom categories linked to the homelessness case, and therefore the overarching master category, will determine the availability of the Assessment Activities tab; furthermore, the Reviews tab only becomes active once a Decision Date is recorded for the current assessment record.

This option is only available for homelessness activities that are currently in progress (i.e. with a status of Live), and where no inherent tasks have already been completed.

These custom values can be populated by the end user via the general lookup parameter entitled Homelessness Activity Cancellation Reasons.

All outstanding tasks linked to the homelessness activity will reflect the same status progression.
