For each equipment type where a social landlord is legally required to carry out servicing visits, safety checks, or remedial action resulting from product recall notices, its inclusion within a Tenant Refusal Map ensures that any instances of declined access to, say, a boiler replacement can be formally tracked.
The procedure to add an equipment type to a tenant refusal map is as follows:

) to reveal the equipment types underneath each group heading; (b) Activate the tick box against one or more items to be included within the tenant refusal map; (c) Click on Add to transfer the chosen entries to the right ('required') pane

Note
1 The Search for Tenant Refusal Mapping field will match against any element of the refusal type description.
2 In the same way, use the Remove option in conjunction with the associated tick box field to transfer the equipment type entries out of the right ('required') pane.
3 Any equipment types already included within the tenant refusal map will automatically appear within the right ('required') pane, alongside the latest subset.
4 Where selected equipment types are no longer relevant to the tenant refusal map, activate the Select tick box adjacent to each corresponding entry within the Equipment Types grid and click on Remove Equipment Type.
