To view the functional units linked to a planned works programme

The procedure to view the functional units linked to a planned works programme is as follows:

  1. Navigate to Quick Menu > Planned & Servicing Lite > Management > Planned Program Management. The Planned Program Management window is displayed.
  2. Expand a status heading and select an associated planned works programme from the alphabetical list, or type its name into the Search Programs field. By default the list is filtered to show All planned programmes. An alternative filter can be applied using the Select view drop-down field: Authorised, Awaiting Authorisation, Cancelled, Complete, Entered, On Hold, Work In Progress, etc. 1.
  3. Click on Functional Units. The Functional Units tab is activated, revealing all functional units associated with the planned works programme, as a consequence of the underlying rent agreements for the linked asset records 1. Certain fields are worthy of special note and are captured in the table below 2.


Tip

1 To aid in identification and analysis, rows can be reordered by clicking on any of the available headings.

Note

1 The Search Programs field will match against any element of the planned works programme name.

2 Use the summary table Menu option to hide or reveal additional columns of information; apply the standard 'drag and drop' technique to reposition columns into a different order.


Field

Description

Functional Unit

The name of each functional unit associated with the planned works programme.

Functional Unit Type

The categorisation of each functional unit associated with the planned works programme i.e. Base, Group or Asset.

Classifications

A list of all custom labels applicable to each functional unit.

Responsible User

The name of the user account assigned with overall responsibility for the functional unit.

Roles

A list of all system security roles of which the responsible user is a member.

Groups

A list of all system security groups of which the responsible user is a member.
