To view the case dependencies for a homelessness activity

The procedure to view the case dependencies for a homelessness activity is as follows:

1. Navigate to Quick Menu > Homelessness > Configuration > Activity Types. The Homelessness Activity Type Configuration window is displayed.
2. Expand a custom category heading and select a homelessness activity from the alphabetical list, or type its name into the Search Activity Types field. By default the list is filtered to show Current activities. An alternative filter can be applied using the Select view drop-down field: Expired, Future or All combinations 1.
3. Click on Current Cases. The Current Cases tab is activated, revealing a list of all homelessness cases that are structured around the activity in current focus, as displayed in the Current Cases summary table 1. Certain fields are worthy of special note and are captured in the table below 2.
4. Click on Close.

Tip

1 By default, all homelessness case dependencies are displayed chronologically, by their start date (most recent at the top); to aid analysis, rows can be reordered by clicking on any of the available headings.

Note

1 The Search Activity Types field will match against any element of the homelessness activity description.

2 Use the summary table Menu option to hide or reveal additional columns of information.
