The procedure to view individual responses to a campaign survey is as follows:

  1. Using the global search facility, type in the first few characters of the contact to whom a campaign has been targeted 1.
  2. Double-click on the row containing the exact record match. Where the expected record is not listed, a more advanced search can be conducted using the spy-glass icon ().
  3. Click on Campaigns (contact summary 360 view) 2. The Campaigns tile is activated, revealing a list of all campaigns associated with the contact in the Campaigns summary table.
  4. Highlight the row matching the campaign with an associated survey.
  5. Click on View Survey 3.  The customised template is displayed, ready to analyse, review and append the individual responses provided by the contact 4.
  6. Click on Save Form to retain any applied changes or Close 5.


Note

1 The search facility will automatically return all possible matches for a contact's first name and last name once the Number of characters before an automatic search commences system preference is reached.

2 The availability and customisation of all Contact Summary 360 View tiles is controlled separately for each end user via their unique system profile.

3 This option is only activated in the instance where the highlighted campaign has an associated survey template.

4 Where a survey employs questions linked to system fields, the responses are automatically populated for the contact, using information already held against their record, thus avoiding duplication of effort.

5 All mandatory sections must be completed prior to saving the survey form.
