The ability to track individual question form responses using a date stamp enables a housing officer to analyse how an applicant's circumstances have changed during the lifetime of the application, and therefore probe any areas that are worthy of further investigation.
The procedure to view historical responses recorded against an application form is as follows:
- Using the global search facility, type in the first few characters of the application contact

- Double-click on the row containing the exact record match. Where the expected record is not listed, a more advanced search can be conducted using the spy-glass icon (
).
- Click on Contact Details. The Contact Details window is displayed for the current contact.
- Click on Application. The Application tab is activated, revealing a list of all enquiries and applications associated with the contact in the Application summary table.
- Double-click on the row containing the specific application against which historical responses exist. The Application Reference window is displayed.
- Click on Application Form. The Application Form tab is activated, revealing all completed sections contained on the first page of the form.
- Click on View Historic Application Form. The View Historic Application Form window is displayed.
- Using the Select Date field, enter the snap shot date for the application form using the calendar icon (
) or type in the value directly

- Click on Confirm. The entire question form is compiled in PDF format, with all included responses matching the specified date stamp.
- Click on Close.
Note
1 The search facility will automatically return all possible matches for a contact's first name and last name once the Number of characters before an automatic search commences system preference is reached.
2 The value selected must fall between the effective date of the application and the current system date; the permitted date entry format is DD/MM/YY or DD/MM/YYYY.
