To view an individual task summary within a homelessness case

The procedure to view an individual task summary within a homelessness case is as follows:

  1. Using the Advanced search spy-glass (), select Homelessness Case as the Search for and Search by category, and enter the Case ID as the search criteria 1.
  2. With the Results tab in current focus, double-click on the row containing the exact record match, or return to the Criteria tab and refine the search filters. The Homelessness Case Details window is displayed.
  3. Click on Prevention Activities, Assessment Activities or Reviews, as appropriate 2. The Prevention Activities / Assessment Activities / Reviews tab is activated, revealing all matching activity records linked to the homelessness case, as displayed in the Activities summary table.
  4. Highlight the specific row matching an activity containing one or more linked tasks. All ad hoc tasks assigned to the homelessness activity are displayed in the Tasks summary table, together with those included in the underlying workflow structure.
  5. Highlight the specific row matching the existing task to be reviewed.
  6. Click on Task Summary. The Task Summary window is displayed, revealing further details of the homelessness task. Certain fields are worthy of special note and are captured in the table below.
  7. Optionally, to analyse further details in respect of the homelessness task, click on Notes. The Notes tab is activated, revealing all aide memoirs recorded against the task in chronological order.
  8. Click on Close.


Note

1 Additional search criteria may need to be employed (e.g. start and end date ranges, company, status, category) to ensure that the correct homelessness case is returned; an alternative Search by category of Contact or Contact Group may be selected to extend the available search fields.

2 Custom categories linked to the homelessness case, and therefore the overarching master category, will determine the availability of the Assessment Activities tab; furthermore, the Reviews tab only becomes active once a Decision Date is recorded for the current assessment record.

The overarching module categorisation linked to the task i.e. Homelessness.

Task Reference

The unique internal reference number assigned to the homelessness task.

Case Reference

The unique internal reference number assigned to the parent case.

Description

An explanation of the homelessness task to be conducted.

Activity

The name of the overarching activity to which the task is linked.

Contact

The name of the individual contact to whom the overarching activity relates, as applicable.

Planned Start Date

The anticipated start date for the homelessness task.

Actual Start Date

The actual date on which the homelessness task was formally started, as applicable.

SLA Target Date

The SLA target completion date for the homelessness task, derived from the component definition.

End Date

The date on which the homelessness task was completed, as applicable.

Status

The current progression status for the homelessness task i.e. Pending, Live, Completed, On Hold.

Mandatory

This denotes the compulsory status of the homelessness task.

Assigned To

The allocated owner of the homelessness task.

Created By

The name of the end user who created the homelessness task.

Created Date

The date and time stamp recorded for the homelessness task at the point of creation.
