To submit a completed housing options enquiry form

The procedure to submit a completed housing options enquiry form is as follows:

  1. Using the Advanced search spy-glass (), select Housing Options Case as the Search for and Search by category, and enter the Case ID as the search criteria 1.
  2. With the Results tab in current focus, double-click on the row containing the exact record match, or return to the Criteria tab and refine the search filters. The Housing Options Case Details window is displayed, revealing all completed sections contained on the first page of the associated enquiry form.
  3. For completeness, using the drop-down page field, step through each successive page on the housing options enquiry form to verify all responses.
  4. Click on Submit Enquiry Form 2.


Note

1 Additional search criteria may need to be employed (e.g. start and end date ranges, company, status) to ensure that the correct housing options case is returned; an alternative Search by category of Contact or Contact Group may be selected to extend the available search fields.

2 System validation rules ensure that all mandatory questions have been completed on an enquiry form prior to submission.
