To remove a SOR code from a servicing plan template

The procedure to remove a SOR code from a servicing plan template is as follows:

1. Navigate to Quick Menu > Planned & Servicing Lite > Configuration > Planned Program Template. The Planned Program Template Management window is displayed.
2. Select an equipment servicing plan SOR template from the alphabetic list or type its name into the Search Templates field. By default the list is filtered to show Current templates. An alternative filter can be applied using the Select view drop-down field: Expired, Future or All combinations 1.
3. Within the SORs summary table, activate the Select tick box against each SOR code to be removed from the equipment servicing plan template.
4. Click on Remove SOR 2. The selected entries identified for removal are marked with a RED indicator 3.
5. Click on Save. The selected entries are removed from the SORs table.

Note

1 The Search Templates field will match against any element of the equipment servicing plan template name.

2 The end user will be asked to affirm the operation in the instance where the equipment servicing plan template has already been assigned to one or more asset records.

3 A RED indicator denotes that a record is marked for deletion but the action has not yet been formally applied.
