The help viewer provides a navigation pane which includes a table of contents, index and word search, so you can find the information you require quickly and easily. On launching the Help Centre, topics pertinent to the current task can be located through any one of the available tabs: Contents, Index or Search. The function of each tab is described in the table below:

Book icons (also referred to as folders) open to reveal topic entries and sub-books. As you browse through the available help content, other related help topics are visible at a glance. |

Provides the end user with an alphabetical list of the topics covered in the Help Centre, grouped together into subject-specific books. |

Allows the end user to search for occurrences of a word or phrase contained within the available Help Centre topics, returning all logical matches. |

Topic Structure
The structure of the online Help Centre mirrors the modular approach adopted within Civica Cx Housing. The processes and procedures inherent within each key module constitute a separate folder within the Help Centre, which is then typically sub-divided into 'configuration' and 'management' components; configuration topics describe how to construct all related elements as a prerequisite to conducting daily management activities and routine tasks.
